DANNY ESPARZA

Danny Esparza has over 28 years of experience in real estate and property management. After obtaining his real estate license in 1991, he went on to become a licensed broker in 2010. Danny is proud to join the Lion Properties Team focusing on Business Development, Property Management, and Leasing.

 He previously worked for Prudential California assisting developers in multi-million-dollar land acquisitions, and new home sales in Orange County and Los Angeles County. Danny then spent 7 years at Ponderosa Property Management, leasing an average of 100 homes per year and signing over 400 new accounts during his tenure.  

Prior to entering real estate, Danny served in the US Army National Guard for 7 years as a combat field medic. Now he enjoys playing on a USTA tennis team and performing music with his children, all of whom reside in Orange County.
